Shipping and returns

Important Message regarding Returns and Warranties:
Due to an update to our Warehouse, our Returns and Warranties will be temporarily paused from April 1st, 2026, through May 26th, 2026, while we are undergoing changes.
Orders that were placed 30 days or less prior to April 1st, 2026, will have their window to return carried forward after the pause has been lifted. Any orders placed after April 1st will be given a 30-day return window starting on May 26th.
Please reach out to our Customer Service at the link below to submit your request for a return or warranty at any time during the pause. We will review requests, make determinations, and a plan for your return/warranty once the pause has been lifted.
Please do not send any return or warranty items back to us during this period. Items which are sent back without a valid RA# may not be accurately processed and may be returned to the sender. If you have any questions, please reach out to a Customer Service Representative!

Our ambition is to deliver the products as soon as possible, from 1-4 days, depending on where you live.

Import tariffs for products made in Canada, Mexico, China or Europe may apply to orders to The United States of America. Payment to UPS must be made before delivery.

Please be aware that Swix apparel products are primarily produced in China. You can find the country of origin under "Technical Specification" on each products.

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, we send an email with your tracking number.

How can I return products?

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify.
A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.

To start a return, please:

  • Complete the Request Form with the subject line: Return Request
  • Include your Order Number in the description field
  • List the item(s) you would like to return

Items need to be unused and sent back in their original packaging to qualify.

What happens next?

You will be assigned a Customer Service Agent to assist with your return. Once approved the Customer Service Agent will issue you a Return Authorization and a FedEx Return Label. Packages received without a return authorization may not be refunded.
A refund will be delivered when your returned products are checked and approved at our warehouse.

Exchanges?

Swix does not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange items that you purchased, we ask that you initiate a return within the 30 day return window and simply reorder what you would like in place. Swix does not cover shipping costs on Exchanges.
