If you simply want to return an item, you normally do not need to complete this form. Use the prepaid return label included with your order and return the item to us in accordance with our return terms. At Swix, you have 30 days to return unused items under our standard terms and conditions.
Under EU consumer legislation, you also have the option to notify us digitally that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive confirmation of your request. You can use this form within 14 days from the day you received your order.
Once you have submitted the form, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. To complete the return, the item must still be sent back using the prepaid return label included with your order.
