Shipping and returns

Our ambition is to deliver the products as soon as possible, from 1-4 days, depending on where you live.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number. All our deliveries include a prepaid return label. Please keep this in case you want to return product(s) for any reason.

How can I exchange product(s)?

It is only possible to return product(s) and re-order the desired item in the online store, for example the same item in a larger or smaller size. A refund will be issued when the returned goods reach our warehouse.

It is possible to exchange sizes in our brand stores if the store has the size you want in stock.

30 days free return

You have 30 days free return on all orders. The item(s) must be unused and returned undamaged in its original packaging. All tags must be attached and any manuals must be included.

How do I make the return?

When you receive your order, a return label is included. Pack the item(s) carefully so that they do not get damaged during shipping and attach the return label securely to the outside of the package.

Deliver the return to the nearest collection point.

Make sure to keep the return receipt from the carrier until you have received the refund.

What happens next?

A refund will be issued once your returned products have been inspected and approved by our warehouse. If you initially paid for shipping, this will not be credited upon return.
