Cross country ski poles

A simple rule to follow is that poles for classic should be 35 cm shorter than your body length and for skating 22.5 cm shorter than your body length.

If you are between two lengths, we recommend that you choose the shortest option.

Pole lenghts according to International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) rules

If you compete in FIS races there are strict rules on the maximum pole length. You're also allowed to measure your body wearing ski boots.
